Bell Island is a trial attorney focusing on DUI and criminal cases. He is a Regent for the National College for DUI Defense. Bell has completed numerous seminar’s on issues related to DUI Defense to include Field Sobriety Testing, Breath Machine Operation and Blood Analysis. Bell is also Board Certified by the National College for DUI Defense.
Bell is a former president of the Nebraska Criminal Defense Attorney’s Association. Bell continues to be responsible for moderating the bi-annual seminar for Defending DUI cases in Nebraska.
Bell is a frequent lecturer and is routinely contacted by members of the bar for his opinions and advice on clients charged with DUI.
Bell has represented numerous clients from trial to appeal. Bell has had a number of successful Nebraska Supreme Court and Court of Appeals opinions.
Bell has attended the NCDD Summer Sessions, Mastering Scientific Evidence and Winter Sessions. Bell is also a graduate of the Trial Lawyers College.
